On request it 's available as either a walking or coach tour.

The Vatican Museums are inside the Vatican City Walls and represent one of the largest art collections in the world. They exhibit the huge variety of art works accumulated throughout the centuries by former Popes.

Our visit includes the Vatican Museums; Raphael's New School Tapestries, the Geographic Maps Gallery, Constantine's Room, Nicolas V's Chapel, Raphael's Logge and the Sistine Chapel (which contains the famous frescoes by Michelangelo and is the room where the College of Cardinals meets to elect new Popes).

At St. Peter's at the Vatican we can admire the Basilica where the Pietà by Michelangelo and the throne of St Peter in Glory by Bernini are exposed. On the way out the Vatican we will also admire the avenue facing St. Peter's Square; Via della Conciliazione and the external of St. Angelo Castle (Hadrian's Mausoleum).


Tour includes: transportation with private vehicle, authorized local English speaking guide, reservation to avoid queuing (subject to availability and to the Vatican confirmation), entrance fees and headphones.
